Rendida ao mohair... / Addicted to mohair...
Não tenho grandes progressos para mostrar porque tenho estado com um problema nas costas e no braço direito que me obrigou a um repouso forçado durante as últimas semanas. O que foi pena porque a camisola Aran estava a progredir muito bem e teve de ficar arrumadinha por estes dias.
Entretanto na Sexta fui ao Spa Tricot e comprei – porque já chegou – Rowan Kid Silk Haze!!!! Ah, a emoção... É qualquer coisa de maravilhoso este fio, o toque, a suavidade, o cheiro... O preço também é qualquer coisa de emocionante, mas isso já era de esperar... Afinal é o top deluxe dos fios! Na loja, neste momento, ainda há poucas cores (pérola, lilás claro e azul claro) mas vão chegar mais!
Comprei também Schachenmayr Kid Light, um fio semelhante que dá um bom substituto, com a vantagem de ser bem mais económico... Existe em cores muito bonitas também.
O Kid Silk Haze é para fazer a Wisp. O Kid Light ainda não sei... Mas vale a pena ter estes novelos em casa só para ver, tocar, cheirar...
I don’t have big progresses to show you because I have been with a problem on my back and right arm which forced me to rest for a few days. What was a pity because Aran sweater was going very well and had to stay on pause for these days.
Meanwhile I went to Spa Tricot and I bought Rowan Kid Silk Haze!!! Oh, the emotion… This yarn is something amazing, the touch, the sweetness, the smell… Price is something very emotive also, but it was expected… There are few shades still on the store (pearl, lilac, light blue) but they will come more!
I also bought Schachenmayr Kid Light, a similar yarn which is a good substitute with the advantage of being much more economic… It has beautiful colours too.
Kid Silk Haze is to make Wisp. Kid Light I’m not sure yet… But it’s worth to buy these yarns only to have in home and see, touch and smell them…
